Your customer number is either a 10 character code (both letters and numbers) or your username.

It was emailed to you when you originally setup your account. It might also be in some other emails related to your account.

How do I find my sort code?

Your sort code is printed on the back of your bank card if you have one. It's also on your bank statements and may be included in emails and letters related to your account.

If your account number begins with a 6 or 7 and your customer ID is 7 characters long, your sort code will look like this:08-xx-xx
If you have a bank card or use our mobile app, and your customer number is 10 characters long, your sort code will look like this:05-xx-xx

  3. Protect: Contact your bank immediately if you think you’ve fallen for a scam and report it to Action Fraud.
